Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Tape Loomers.

Returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uncut, and suitable for resale. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on used, cut, or custom-made items.
